Terpenes

Terpenes are a class of organic compounds found in many plants, including cannabis. They are responsible for the characteristic aromas and flavors of many plants, such as the piney smell of pine trees and the citrusy smell of oranges. Terpenes also have a variety of other functions in plants, such as attracting pollinators and defending against pests.
