Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a complex, debilitating disorder characterized by extreme fatigue that does not improve with rest and that is not caused by any underlying medical condition. People with CFS also experience a variety of other symptoms, such as difficulty concentrating, muscle pain, sore throat, headaches, and sleep problems.
