Indica

Indica

Indica is one of the three main types of cannabis, along with sativa and hybrids. Indica strains are known for their relaxing and sedative effects, which is why they are often called “nighttime” strains. Indica strains can also help to relieve pain, inflammation, and anxiety.

Indica plants are typically short and stocky, with broad leaves. They produce dense, resinous buds that are often high in THC, the psychoactive compound in cannabis. Indica strains also tend to have higher levels of CBD, the non-psychoactive compound in cannabis that is known for its medicinal benefits.
