Bisabolol

Bisabolol

Bisabolol (or α-bisabolol) is a colorless, viscous oil that is a major component of German chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla). It is also found in other plants and trees, but German chamomile is the primary commercial source of bisabolol.

Bisabolol has a slightly floral scent and is commonly used in cosmetics and skincare products. It is also used in some food and beverage products.
